Delivery to the US and Canada is carried out from Toronto via regular mail. Regular mail does not include tracking information.

Vegolink products are delivered pre-activated. For physical SIM cards, simply install the SIM into your SIM-unlocked mobile device following the device's instructions. For eSIMs, add the eSIM to your smartphone using the provided activation QR code or instructions.

  • 2. Verify that Data Roaming service is activated.
  • 3. Make sure that the "Automatic Carrier Selection" switch is turned on.
  • 4. Check the active network mode. Avoid using 5G or 5G Auto mode; we recommend setting your device to 4G LTE network mode.
  • 5. Make sure that the Vegolink SIM or eSIM is selected for mobile data usage.

We do not assign phone numbers to our SIMs or eSIMs. As a mobile data-only service, a phone number is not required to use our data service. You can continue using your current messaging platform subscriptions without needing to change your phone number.

You can conveniently check your balance on our website by selecting the "CHECK BALANCE" menu or by using the Vegolink bot on Telegram.
To check your balance on Telegram, please follow these steps:

  • - Find and subscribe to Vegolink_bot in the Telegram messenger.
  • - Tap on the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the window.
  • - Select "My Vegolink Products" from the inline menu.
  • - Tap on "Add Vegolink Product" from the inline menu.
  • - Enter the Product ID and Security Code* when prompted.
  • - The Vegolink product will be added to your Vegolink Telegram account, and you can check your balance from the Main Menu by selecting "Check Balance."

*Individual product identifiers and security codes are sent to customers via email. If you did not receive this email, please contact customer support, and we will assist you.

You can top up your balance on our website by going to the "TOP-UP BALANCE" section. Fill out the balance top-up form and click the "TOP UP BALANCE" button. You will be redirected to a secure payment processing page managed by PayPal to complete your payment. The funds will be immediately added to your Vegolink balance, and you will receive an email confirming your payment.

If you are using the Vegolink bot on Telegram, you can conveniently top up your balance directly through the bot. Simply tap on the "Main Menu" and select "Top Up Balance" from the inline menu. Follow the instructions and answer the questions provided by the Vegolink bot. Once you complete the process, you will receive a payment link. Click on this link, and you will be redirected to PayPal. After successfully completing the payment, the funds will be immediately added to your SIM or eSIM balance, and you will receive a confirmation message in Telegram.
You can transfer balance from one Vegolink product to another using the Vegolink bot on Telegram.
    Follow these simple steps:

  • - Select "Transfer Balance" from the inline menu.
  • - Choose the Product ID from which you want to transfer the balance.
  • - Enter the transfer amount in US dollars and press the "Send" button.

Vegolink is a data-only service and does not support traditional voice calls. However, you can use various Voice over IP (VoIP) and messaging services, such as Skype, Viber, and WhatsApp, to send messages and make voice calls using Vegolink
Important: Vegolink is not responsible for the performance of third-party products or services. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
Vegolink products do not expire. We can deactivate your SIM/eSIM, if there is no data usage for the last 365 days, counting from the last mobile data session. You will receive an email from us with further instructions on how to activate your SIM/eSIM. If no response is received by us during the time specified in our email, the SIM/eSIM will be removed from our system with no possibility to restore it. If your balance is zero, and if the last mobile data session was 365 + 1 days ago, we have the right to remove your SIM/eSIM from the system with no possibility to restore it.
To restore a faulty or lost SIM card, please send a request to Customer Service. A new SIM card will be delivered to you by mail.
  • - Replacement of a defective SIM card is free of charge.
  • - Replacement of a lost SIM card costs $15, which includes shipping. This amount will be deducted from your SIM card balance or must be paid to the Vegolink bank account before a new SIM card is sent to you.
